This PATH was created to increase your ability to excel in the area of bicycling. Balance, strength, endurance and cycling techniques are all addressed. It is also designed to heighten awareness for added safety when riding.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This PATH can assist your mind and body's ability to:


  • Increase balance
  • Increase awareness (defensive riding)
  • Increase muscle strength
  • Increase energy
  • Increase confidence
  • Shorten muscle recovery time
  • Increase coordination
  • Increase willingness to prepare


This PATH has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This PATH is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.
